IMAGENation Promotional Group, Inc.,dba: myIPGI.com was initially established in May 1998 as "IMAGEDynamics" a one person company that performed graphic design work for Jason Jackson, who represented a local promotional products firm here in Oklahoma City.  That firm did not have a design studio, so Mr. Jackson opened IMAGEDynamics to perform the wide range of artwork his clients needed.
 
In January of 1999 Mr. Jackson was offered positions with other leading promotional firms in the Oklahoma City area as well as in Texas. 
Faced with growing customer dissatisfaction, due to the lack of being able to offer wide-ranging promotional solutions from the company he was working for and wanting to offer the best his industry had to offer, he made the difficult decision to leave the company he was representing and not to accept offers from other firms, but instead to open his own company. 

On Monday, March 8, 1999 he opened IMAGEDynamics, only to find that when he went to register the name with the Oklahoma Secretary of State that his previous employer had registered the name as one of their licensed marks.  Undaunted he selected the name IMAGENation, while it looks like IMAGE Nation - it's pronounced "imagination" - a play on words.
The name IMAGENation Promotional Group, Inc., was registered with the Secretary of State for Oklahoma and thus "imagination" was truly born in the great State of Oklahoma!

After saying, "Thank you for calling "IMAGENation Promotional Group, Inc" thousands of times on the phone when clients called - and ironically because clients themselves started calling IMAGENation Promotional Group, Inc. "IPGI" - the name "IPGI" was then listed in directory assistance as well and we began saying, "Thank you for calling IPGI," when clients phoned. 

In 2007, noting that the company was continually evolving, first from Jason's apartment in 1999, with just two employees, then to it's first 3,500 square foot building in 2000 having over 10 employees, and now to it's nearly 10,000 square foot production facility with 25 employees in 2004 - yet another "alter ego" came alive - "myIPGI.com."  "myIPGI.com" was the "web" based reaction of companies wishing to drive traffic and clients to their websites.  Today when a client calls myIPGI.com we say, "Thank you for calling myIPGI.com client services, how may we serve you!"
